Now Obtaining Our Rights (NOOR) Program
NOOR empowers women and girls to end the practice of FGM/C and reclaim their health, rights, and dignity. “Noor,” meaning light in Arabic, reflects our belief that every woman and girl has the right to shine and be whole. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, NOOR provides resources, support, and guidance to survivors and allies, helping create safer, informed, and empowered communities.

FGM/C Survivor Support
RAHMA offers comprehensive support for survivors of FGM/C, focusing on healing, empowerment, and education. Through counseling, peer support groups, and community resources, survivors can safely share their experiences, gain knowledge about their rights and health, and connect with others who understand their journey. Our programs also provide guidance for navigating healthcare and accessing culturally sensitive care, helping survivors reclaim their dignity and build resilient, informed communities.
